We request a guarantee deposit of 350 € in case of damage to the property or the furniture.
It will be reimbursed to you within two weeks after check out and inspection by our local host.

From Malaga airport it is about 40 minutes drive to Marbella Senses. You can either take the toll road (AP-7) or the coastal road (A7). Both are more or less the same in time, in peak season the coastal road might have a little more traffic. The toll fee is about 5 euros.

From Gibraltar airport it is about 55 minutes drive to Marbella Senses

A car is not strictly necessary if you don’t like to drive on holiday. Everything you need is within walking distance, the beach about 500 meters, many restaurants (like Noobu, Bibo en Dani Garcia) just across the street. The nearest supermarket (Aldi) is about 2 kms.

For short distances you can rent bikes at the Marbella Bike Shop or Samoa Surf Shop, you can safely store the bikes in our underground private garage.

At Malaga Airport, you can buy a bus ticket at the counter of Avanza Bus, for 12 euros you are in the center of Marbella. From there it is only a 5-minute drive by (Uber) taxi to the final destination.

However we do recommend you to rent a car, for your own comfort or to explore the nice area. There are many different car companies located in the Malaga Airport. We can recommend www.malagacars.com .

In case of cancellation of the booking at least six weeks before arrival, we reimburse 50 % of the rental amount. Within six weeks before arrival, no reimbursement will be possible.
We recommend you to take a cancellation insurance.

We are very happy to welcome families with young children. Upon request we can provide a baby cot and/or baby chair at no extra cost.

As there is no lift in the house and with the bedrooms located on the first floor, the house is not really adapted for wheelchair users.
