Beaches

Marbella has several of the best beaches of Spain, that also boast the prestigious Blue Flag awards, signifying they are the best in the world in terms of water quality, safety, facilities and environmental management. Most beaches have a cosy beach club or chiringuito (beach bar) and offer in summer time different watersport activities.

Marbella Beaches stretch from Calahonda all the way to Marbella Town and then it continues along the Golden Mile towards Puerto Banús. You can walk or bike for a good hour along the Marbella Sea Front passing many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Playa Naguëles

The first part of Playa de Nueva Andalucia offers a nice long beach promenade next to a beautiful and wide sandy beach, with some fine chiringuitos. This part of the beach is more tranquil then the beaches past the famous Puerto Banús harbor. There you will find many bars, restaurants and beach clubs like the well known “Ocean Club “.

Playa de San Pedro de Alcantara

Further to the west from Puerto Banús, yet only a 10 minute drive from Marbella Senses, lies the charming town of San Pedro de Alcantara with its long beach promenade surrounded by palm trees. Here you will also find the oldest chiringuito of Spain.
