Because the house is situated on the very top of the complex, spectacular sea views can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace. The private rooftop terrace with lounge and dining area and outdoor kitchen with BBQ is a truly unique feature to the house !

The south west orientation offers sunshine on all of the three terraces.

The basement level has an underground garage for 2 cars and a storage room for all your holiday equipment.

Ground Level

The ground level comprises a spacious living and dining room with leather sofas and smart LED TV, an open plan fully fitted kitchen, a separate guest toilet and a laundry room.

Outside there is a nice private garden area for sunbathing or for children to play around.

First Level

Three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and climate control ensure a comfortable stay.

The spacious master bedroom with private bathroom, a double bed and a spacious bunk bed in a separate room, wardrobes, TV and private terrace of 34m2 with lounge chairs: here you can fully enjoy the view of the garden and swimming pools.

The 2 extra bedrooms have a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

Spacious 57 m2 solarium with magnificent views towards the Mediterranean sea and the “La Concha “ Mountain.

Sit and relax with a “copa de cava” in the lounge area or enjoy al fresco dining in the open air kitchen with fridge and BBQ.

From the basement, you have direct access to the private garage for 2 cars.

At check-in, the remote control is at your disposal to open the automatic gates.

Visitors can park their car at the public parking lot at the main entrance - free of charge.
